Base model Of YOUR Success...I have downloaded gigabytes of information from the Internet relating to success, business structure, philosophy, religion, and you-name-it. Much seems to be opinion, some pure bunk; some useful while some of it was TRUTH. I will begin to outline some of the TRUTHS I have found. After attending meetings, reading downloads, buying and reading books and listening to many audios (some in the form of cassette tapes), I built what I believe is the structure for the formation of any successful endeavor. I went to a local toy department. I purchased 4 yellow foam-type ping-pong balls. I then purchased 6 - 16 penny nails. After cutting off the heads of the nails, I assembled the balls into a four-pointed arrangement.
The balls represent the necessary building components to ensure a successful model for any business. Each ball is equal distance from each. They are identical in size and weight.

As the “RED LETTERS” suggest YOU are the center of the MODEL. You must take care of YOU. If any part of “YOU” is out of balance then you will become inefficient. The three balls at the bottom represent your soul, mind and body (flesh, soul, spirit – depending on your beliefs). SOUL – many volumes are in existence to explain in depth the soul. I believe it is the location of my drive, my morality, and my reason to continue on in the face of adversity. MIND – the depository of my total intellect. It serves me in the capacity not only to store and retrieve knowledge but also to analyze and comprehend the new and unknown. BODY – the physical vehicle for accomplishing what the mind and soul has materialized. The body functions to take the thoughts and make them into physical things I-can-touch-see-taste-smell. In other words, my body makes real the dreams, fantasies and desires of my mind and soul. Other than the basic 3 components I added previously, I have “named” the balls on the base. I named them based on their role in other useful models. I have come to realize the model presented can be equally applied to many other projects to represent the building blocks of the organization in question. Some examples are:
The list can go on. I suggest you look around your life and classify your environment into the structure. Now with the reality in mind that all successful organizations are resting on the three foundations then YOU should structure you in the same manner. I believe that the bases of you should be: YOU
Triune GodI would certainly be a hypocrite if I lead you to believe that my manifestation of the Triune God is exactly as the preachers would want us to accept. I place God first because, among other ideas, I believe He represents all that is good in building relationships, interacting with reality and embracing our future. If I were to ponder deeply my religious stance, it would lead me to think, I’m more of a “Jesus-ite.” I have never pondered the existence of the Godhead of the trinity. I, as a young man, read the red letters of the Bible I was given. As I matured, I began to become fascinated with the Holy Spirit. I left God in the role of the creator. Jesus became an example to me concerning my rebellion, curiosity and humanity. The Holy Spirit is my guide to liberation. The promises and examples given in the New Testament lead me to believe that all things are possible. I cannot ignore the existence of my self. I am not one to believe I should crucify the self. I should control the self. I should better the self. But in spite of the teachings of Paul and the teachings transcribed to us in the modern day version of the biblical text. I do not ascribe to the belittlement of the self. I KNOW that the workings of the human body are a miraculous phenomenon. Family Aw, the family; the family! Where do we start? I have always had several thoughts on this subject. One evolves around the biological attachment to other human because of “blood” or DNA. I was not born into a close-knit family unit. I won’t go into details but my parents and siblings were not my closest friends or companions. I remember many good times. We did spend times together but not like the atypical television families of the 1950s and 1960s. I have always had a self-determined nature. I have tried to always be self-supporting, so, as to not be a burden on others. Maybe my mother’s goal was to teach me to self-reliant, not to be selfish. A fine line, I’m sure. It’s a really good chance she was successful. I have been with out my parent for most of my adult life. They died many years ago. Even though I am the youngest of three children, I have always been asked to make decisions and was looked to for guidance by my older siblings. My other train of thought comes from my reading of the New Testament. As Christ was being crucified, he was told that his family wanted to be with him. He was said to reply, “Who are my family but those that do the will and work of God.” I believe I am created in the image of God. I believe I have been chosen to grow physically, mentally and spiritually. I do not believe I am God (or even a God). I believe I (we) can be a whole lot more than we are now. So when I look to see whom my family is; then, I think, I should look to see who truly has my best interest at heart. I should choose as my family, those individuals who are furthering my goals and helping me reach my dreams. I should definitely reciprocate the actions. It will not work if everyone’s energies are directed to me only. This would make me a demigod or a dictator. My existence and those around me will only be enhanced when we all have the same core beliefs. Not parrots or clones of each other but mature individuals who are banded together for a common cause. I read that a key to success is to jump on the bandwagon of anyone going towards the goals you have set. The self-reliance you must have is in the knowing where you are going. If you don’t have a plan to go where you know you are to be then you will never arrive at the destination. Business The last, but not the least of the foundations you must build and connect. When you take the 3 parts of YOU then you must pay equal attention to your Business..... More to be
